Dissemination Conference and Business Fair 

The event «The Voices of Female Entrepreneurship» took place on the 18th, 19th and 20th of May at the Templo da Poesia, in Oeiras.

Once again, it was an event that exceeded all our expectations. Participants in the event are themselves an active part and their participation is encouraged by debates and networking initiatives, which invite interaction and sharing.

The second day, dedicated to business training, brought together speakers with very diverse skills, who generously shared their knowledge with the participants, as they believe that this sharing benefits everyone, by empowering the entrepreneurial ecosystem in which we all conduct our business.

Here we highlight the debut of the MAO Talks, a lecture format inspired by the TED Talks and which brought together the trainers of the XTeam-FEM project. It was a very enriching moment of testimonies that created empathy and recognition among the participants, as many of the challenges we face are shared and, when we talk openly about them, everything becomes simpler.

We also had a lecture by the National Agency for Erasmus Plus, represented by Eugénia Inácio, who presented this very interesting program for all entrepreneurs working in the field of adult education and who also gave an interview for the Podcast Mulheres à Obra, presented by Liliana Marques.

Our StoryTellMe partner, Teresa Valente, presented the XTeam-FEM project, which made it possible to disseminate the project and our project’s resources, with emphasis on the online free courses developed by our team of trainers.
